At Sentosa with the two elder actresses; Chinese actor from Spore to shoot for a few scenes

I was happily involved for the last two days in an Indian movie shoot from overseas. It was pretty much un-eventful as I was merely helping in herding them around the areas they are shooting. But it was really tiring however in spite of the lack of work.

It got a little awkward as well since I didn’t understand or spoke their language which is Hindi. So they often kept to themselves. A few of them could speak English however and it got better after that. Hindi is really nice to hear actually with its soft intonations and highs and lows. Very nice…

So they went around to a number of Singapore’s hot spots like Sentosa, Merlion, Esplanade, Underwater World, Palawan Beach, Bugis etc. to showcase Spore’s tourism attractions. I quite enjoyed myself though I practically did nothing productive but it was a very interesting experience befriending a different culture of people. They are very nice; slightly on the picky side for the actresses; the production crew are very simple and funny; an interesting experience really. Even though it was just for two days, it felt really nice knowing them and seeing how they work.

Last day for me at the Palawan beach, Sentosa. Naturally I couldn’t resist taking the sky shot. So romantic… =)

They’ll be flying back to Calcutta tonight. Sort of miss them already in a strange way. Haha…
