How To Speak So That People Want to Listen

I must say that this video that I watched is very informative about using sound, speaking and our voices. Surprisingly, part of wanting people to listen and speaking properly so that people WILL listen has also to do with the content of what you speak. Being negative and talking empty are just some of the things that actually kills off this ability.
