Ramadan Day 4

Ramadan Day 4

I spent the whole day at home doing work. Had loads of things to do and I managed to cover quite a bit of it. Maybe it was the coffee that was stronger than my usual? Boy, did I not sleep and just did my work!

Meiji Greek yogurt and blueberries with coffee and a cup of water before times up

Getting pretty routine with this morning meal. But that coffee is from a cafe called Old Hen. They sell it in 1 litre bottles and 250ml bottles. I love their coffee. It’s smooth and yet strong but I don’t get irked by it. Which is great! I can’t do strong coffee unfortunately. It’ll give a strain on my neck and shoulders.

For break fast, had a salmon croquette, chicken wing, sardine, edamame, cherry tomatoes, omelette and a plate of rice.

It’s for two by the way! It’s quite a bit of food honestly. And some of these were leftovers! So cleared out the fridge and just air fried the croquette. Plus it was already 6pm and I didn’t know what to eat! I was practically pooped from the work and I didn’t want to cook honestly.

But ordering in was probably going to take an hour or more. So, decided to clear out whatever leftovers and finish it.

I love the sardine dish. It’s the can sardine in tomato sauce which I cooked with onion, garlic and chili padi first with a few spoonfuls of salty soy sauce over it.

I love to drench it in lime but not everyone loves the sourness. So I drenched mine on my rice and on my plate with the fish.

Simple meal but satisfies the heart immensely. 🙂
