What a lovely park this was. It was my first time here and it had just rained earlier on. So the trees looked fresh, the grasses were spruced up. Everything looked really green and brown. It was quite magical. For a moment, it felt like I’m in Ireland or in Lord of the Rings world.
To get up here though was quite a killer. Or at least the entrance that we were from. The slopes were burning my thighs and leaving me breathless. It has a pond which had otters swimming happily and eating fish! There are lots of steps as well so forget the lunges cos’ you can cover that here.
This park was really fun to go as it goes through from one side of the entrance at Science Park (or there’s another one from a windy road called South Bouna Vista Rd) all the way through to Mount Faber and down towards Harbourfront down south. Or the huge mall now popularized called VivoCity. That’s about 2 and a half hours walk? And about 7-8km!

A walk trail perhaps that I’d like to go again soon!
