Sara bought the black and white instax and we tried taking a few snapshots. Didn’t realize how fun taking instax with sisters are. The blacks on the instax are also so rich and deep. No flash on this one and put to Auto with a timer.

Another one of the series of instax we took. Sara gave us two each to take. YAY! Somehow being silly together makes it normal or okay. It was so funny because we literally had to think about what pose we need to do or want to do. And THAT took awhile. Fancy that huh? It requires thought to be silly.

Finally, human shots! I think Instax photo looks really good with people in it. It’s good with selfies, with human interaction. It looks great with close ups. It just works when it is up close and personal with a subject. Animals included.

As you can tell the excitement on our faces, this is our first trial making stupid poses. It almost feel like selfies except you’re waiting in anticipation of how you look like encased forever in that pose on an instax film. A certain exhilaration of not knowing how you look. Rather than framing up yourself from the digital view screen.
